Our 45-minute boxing fitness classes are packed with fun and energy! These NON-contact sessions are perfect for little ones of all fitness levels and abilities, helping them develop basic boxing skills, improve coordination, build confidence, and make new friends.

With our super friendly coaches by their side, your child will enjoy a safe, playful, and engaging workout that keeps them smiling and active!

Please note: the minimum age for this class is 5 years old and the maximum age is 8 years old. Any child booked onto a trial outside of this age range will not be able to participate.
