Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
Your child must be between the ages of 5 and 17 years of age to join the Service. You represent and warrant that any profile information you submit is true and accurate and that your child between 5-17 years of age you and your child are fully able and competent to enter into and abide by these Terms.
Clothes and Footwear suitable for Classes
Children should dress comfortably in loose-fitting or fitness-style clothing as they will be moving around and participating in various activities. Children should be in suitable shoes (trainers or plimsolls). Coats and bags will need to be left outside the studio. There is a coat stand and lockers that require a padlock.
What to Bring to Classes
Please make sure your child has a water bottle. If they do not bring one, there is a water fountain onsite however, leaving the class regularly to access this can be disruptive. They will need their own boxing gloves, which are part of the registration kit. If they forget their gloves, we have gloves they can borrow however, this is a one-time option and will not be allowed every week.
Class Timing
Children should arrive before the start time of their class to allow for a register to be taken. We suggest your child visit the toilet before the class starts to avoid missing the fun. If you are running late for a class, in some instances, we can accommodate late admittance (notification is appreciated). For a regular customer who is familiar with the class, the cut-off is 10 minutes, provided it is not going to disrupt the others. Your child will not be allowed into their class if they are more than 10 minutes late. You will need to stay with your child until the class starts unless you have given consent for your child to come to class/walk home alone. If you are running late to collect your child, please let us know- if needed, children can wait, at their own risk, in reception. When unaccompanied, we ask for best behaviour and reserve the right to ask for children to be accompanied if behaviour becomes a concern. Boxx London Limited will not be responsible for any child outside of their allotted class time.
Your Payments
You are agreeing to a monthly membership via direct debit. This entitles your child to 1 class per week on the same day each week (if you wish to transfer the day, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate this). Classes are divided by age, and we reserve the right to change the class your child is admitted to as they age out of one class. This will be done with notice, and where possible a trial is also included.
Additional drop-in classes: Additional class places will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and priority will be given to those with memberships. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any additional class customers if the class is over capacity at the start time; payments will be refunded or can be carried over to a different day.
Your Child’s Health
For the consideration of all, please do not bring a sick child to class. If your child has contracted a contagious illness, please inform us immediately. Please check with your doctor and take advice before returning to class. Any relevant medical history, ailments, injuries or disabilities your child has must be disclosed to Boxx and your Boxx trainers before starting a class with Boxx. Unfortunately, we do not allow any adults into the class other than our trainers, this includes parents/carers. If you would like to discuss any reasonable adjustments your child needs to access our classes, please get in touch.
If your child has an emergency medication they could need during their time at Boxx, we require written consent for this, and a discussion would need to happen between our first-aider, yourself and your child (depending on age) before their next class. The medication will stay in their bag in the studio.
If you or your child feels unwell in any way, or if you or they experience any discomfort during class, you are encouraged to stop the class and see a healthcare practitioner.

Although all steps are taken to ensure participants safety, as with all physical activity there are inherent risks, which can include accidents, falls, injury or even death. We will do our utmost to ensure the safety of your child during their BoxxKIDS Fitness classes. However, we are not responsible for accidents on the way to/from or during the Class. We do, however, carry Public Liability Insurance for your protection. Cancelling your BoxxKIDS Class Booking
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your registration in any of Boxx’s Classes, we require 30 days prior notice (please email kids@boxxldn.com). This is a policy from the platform we use. You will have one more billing cycle during these 30 days. Your child can attend classes for four weeks after your last payment.
